Mr David Lamola (Chairperson of the Board)
Mr David Lamola
David holds an MBL from UNISA and an M.Phil from Pretoria University. He also has a BA degree from Unisa, and a CIS Certificate and a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax and Labour Laws from Unisa. He later became a senior lecturer, at Honours level, in Cost and Management Accounting, Business Finance and Corporate Governance at Unisa.
He was the CEO of LEDA and chairman of Great North Transport, Dilokong Chrome Mine, Gateway International Airport, Dihlase Consulting Engineers, Director of Avbob for 16 years and vice chairman thereof for 5 years. In total he has served on over 25 companies as Non-Executive Director, including PP Rust and Atok Platinum Mines, Mapulaneng Development Corporation, State Tender Board and several other organisations.
For seven years he worked for the South African Post Office as Regional General Manager, and later Senior Strategic General Manager which assisted it in turning into a profit-making organization.

Mrs Margaret Kabinde (Director: Training and Development)
Margaret has a BEd (Honours) in Education Management. She has 38 years experience in Education and pastoral care.
She is also passionate about community development and serves on the forum in an informal settlement.

Dr Johan Louw (Director: Mentorship and Coaching)
Johan has a PhD and MEd (Psych) from the University of Pretoria as well as a MBA from Bond University, Australia. He is a seasoned Educator and Business Entrepreneurship Facilitator.
With more than 15 years experience in several formal and semi-formal businesses, he is a passionate personal as well as business mentor and coach, driven by the fact that all young people should have equal opportunities to excel in their careers, prosper in their businesses - finding purpose for and significance in their lives.
He has travelled to 24 and facilitated training and community projects in 18 countries on 5 continents.
